Last night
Last night I went to a ceilidh What’s a ceilidh? - A social gathering with traditional celtic music and dance I had fun did lots of dancing and the live music was great. meet some new people all good. |

Found my 21 birthday Spell book
The find bookshop spell seem to have worked remarkably well. 977 sci fi/fantasy books now on shelves not sure what to do with the ~250 other fiction books and the books I get back from people I have loaned them to. The spell clean room should have been added to the spell book. spent all of yesterday sorting stuff and only half finished. On the up side I am finding lots of things I had forgoted I had. also lots of ideas and project for when I finished running through my head. will have to put books in alpabetical order and start cataloging maybe start at easter. |

had fun today. Went with a group of blenheim potters to visit 8 nelson pottery places and got to look at their work and some of there workshops. lots of ideas running through my head. |

CF plans and ideas
Cardweaving: got cards threaded up to make a simple belt and info on cardweaving will teach people who are interested. Food: self catering taking crock pot and electric rings. Cooking equipment Thursday make snack food. Friday visit verkirks. Snack Food: fudge, cheese straws, dried apple, spice biscuits + other ideas? Fudge: Do I sell fudge at market which is not til the friday? Or do I sell a limited supply from the mong? Do I take stuff to make fudge at mong if run out and to show people? Massage: Do I set up to do this at the mong more formal? Do I bother charging? If so how much? Archery: ordered target arrows so should be able to do archery even though last CF was the last time I used the bow. With all this dancing and drinking I should be quite busy. |

My new niece was born born 4am this morning 8 pound 10.5 oz 52 cm long going to go visit my sister-in-law and baby after work. 14 days of work in a row only 2 more full days to go. |

still alive but busy
work is getting busier getting stuff done for christmas. dealing with reps and orders not arriving or wrong things being sent. setting christmas shop up for labour weekend. I may get a day off this week worked six days in a row so far. got letter for jury duty november 10. not sure to try get out of or to concider it a break from work. also if I go do I dress to look my age or as a child? |

gurr I would not have mined the usual eyes closed. The photo makes me look like a child. I am wearing the elizabethan gown with corset but have my arm in front of me with braids draped over it so you can not see the cleavage. hopefully the photo with mum in the Wednesday Blenheim paper will be better. mum is wearing my navy blue with silk dress which I would have preferred to have been photoed in. I had forgotten that the saturday and wednesday paper are delivered to everyone in Blenheim Perhaps I should cut my hair short again it did make me look closer to my age. |

Why do I agree to such things
A medieval fundraiser feast in Blenheim for at max 200people on 9th August. practically I thought in my mined at most they most likely to sell 100 ticket because unlikely to be avertised well. little did I know when I agreed that I would be having photos of me taken today for the newspaper. The Marlborough express is doing a human interest story on me and my interest in medieval things including talking about southron gaard most likely this Saturday + Fount page in the Blenheim midweek mail is going to be an article about the up coming feast + plus mum and I are going to be featured it the cook page with a medieval recipe. I am now getting nervious as to how many tickets we will sell. and how I am to cook everything even with lots & lots of prep work |
